Jordan Rudess is an American keyboardist, composer, and music producer, best known as a member of the progressive metal band Dream Theater. Born on November 4, 1970, in New York City, he began studying classical piano at a young age and later attended the Juilliard School. Rudess is recognized for his virtuosic playing style and innovative use of technology in music.
